GLB Privacy Act Training
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB - Privacy Act) defines what companies can do with customers' information. This is different from the Safeguarding Provisions of the GLB Act, which is part of 2-90 Information Security. The privacy act notice, safeguarding and anti-"pretexting" provisions of the rule define customer rights with respect to their personal information and how lenders treat it.
This presentation covers the basics of the GLBA. Proceed to take the quiz and populate the completion certificate to retain evidence of your training.
