GLB Privacy Rule Training
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB - Privacy Act) defines what companies can do with customers' information. This is different from the Safeguarding Provisions of the GLB Act, which is part of 2-90 Information Security. The privacy act notice, safeguarding and anti-"pretexting" provisions of the rule define customer rights with respect to their personal information and how lenders treat it.
