How to:  Download your order

Most people who are working with documents have learned how to download and edit documents online. Our document management system allows us to deliver and provide access to our products. This is not different from DropBox or your computer's file storage system in that our products are stored like a file cabinet, just virtual. For some people, this may be the first experience with open document formats that allow you to edit and change anything.

Order Delivery

We deliver files in 2 ways. 1.) Download and 2.) E-mail of links from our Document Management System. IF you choose not to immediately download, you will receive links and other instructions via email. Check your spam filter you have not received an email within a few minutes.
