Free Sample AML Plan Provided by WA DFI
The State of Washington, Department of Financial Institutions has provided a FREE Sample AML plan which you can use to develop your own plan. It contains a lot of the required information. We don't love it, which is why we give our own free one away with a Quality Control plan.

We don't love it because:

We don't love it because:
- It contains a lot of regulatory citations, which are not necessary
- It doesn't have any implementation - checklists for determining fraud or money laundering, training materials, step-by-steps that you can easily follow, or even a simple risk assessment.
- It requires you to be proficient in AML/BSA rules to customize it
