Georgia has implemented a "catch-up" ad-hoc, limited scope compliance examination process to ensure that all licensees have an Information Technology policy (aka Cyber Security, Safguarding, WISP) as well as a BSA-AML Compliance plan.

2.) Georgia Full Scope - SES Examination Process
Georgia recently began processing exams through the State Examination System (SES) platform.
Frustratingly, states continue adding "custom" requirements to mirror their existing examination questionnaires. Georgia is no exception. Most states require the same policies and procedures, but you have to parse 25 different questions from the old GA questionnaire to get the few items that are unique to Georgia.
