When we prepare a custom project, we don't have to write these products from scratch - we can pull material from literally thousands of pages of inventory material we have developed over the past decades.

The Customization Process
Our staff can assist you best once you identify the scope and breadth of the project.  Once there is clarity, we enter into a three stage process:

Stage 1 - Project  Formulation

• All of the elements of the project are listed
• Client provides all internal elements - software, forms, existing procedures, and other relevant material
• A logical organization of the contents is drafted - resulting in an outline or table of contents
• The scope and timing, based on the contents, is determined
• Contract is executed

Stage 2 - Project Development and Delivery

• The documentation is merged into a full project, based upon initial design
• Demonstration module is assembled and delivered to client to review

Stage 3 - Project Finalization

• The client reviews entire package
• Comments on deficiencies, additions or deletions
• Project is completed
• Project is deployed
• Client takes delivery of all material, media and product
